YDM Gaming night

YDM hosted a gaming night yesterday at the Sangilos house. I didnt really enjoy it mainly was because i didnt get to play DDR. Always when i am about to get on the mat people will "shooo" me off by saying its not your turn. First time i understand, second time i try to understand but the third and forth and so on was just getting unfair so i gave up asking and just asked them to call me when its my turn(which is I MUST SAY, Never!) so i was kinda NOT THICK SKINNED enough to ask again or jump on the mat again...

But i did have fun playing Taboo and singing with the bunch of guys who either didnt like CS or didnt want to play! I dont know! Oh well, they were singing REALLY REALLY old songs like Boys2men, Backstreet boys, Nsync and so on. Very fun! and my guitaring is getting better I can follow Terrence well abit! Everytime he say a chord, i have to find the chord.. By the time i found the chord he already moved on to the next chord. Its so stupid!

and i LEARNED a new word yesterday its called Quaquaversal.. I cannot remember what it means but people were just making up about what it means and they came up with the dumbest things like "DUCK's UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE" Anyways got to finish up here Going for the expression concert tonight!

Mid year exam is coming-DETERMINED TO DO WELL...

CDU is finishing-placement must finish soon(21 more to go) and all assignments should be done and handed in by early june..

There's so much to do and i have so little time to do it.. I am seriously only human I really dunno how i am going to finish all this...

Jogging your way to saggy breasts

Millions of women may be jogging their way to sagging breasts as they set off on New Year fitness regimes without suitable bras, research suggests.
Some 9.5 million British women could be irreversibly damaging their busts by exercising without a proper sports bra, the Portsmouth University team said.

They found breasts moved in a 3D figure of eight and that uncontrolled movement strained fragile tissues and ligaments.

The study suggested as a woman runs a mile, her breasts bounced 135m.

The report found each breast moved independently of the body by an average of 9cm for every step taken on the treadmill.

With the average breast weighing between 200 and 300 grams, this movement puts great stress on the breast's fragile support structure - the outer skin and connective tissues known as Cooper's ligaments.

Irreversible breast sag

The research team found breast movements resulted in temporary pain and discomfort.

But it also led to a more permanent stretching of the Cooper's ligament which leads to irreversible breast sag.

They claim that wearing an ordinary T-shirt bra reduced bounce by 38%, but wearing a sports bra by the firm Shock Absorber - which sponsored the research - reduced bounce by 78%.

Dr Joanne Scurr who carried out the research said women needed to be aware of the effects of exercising without properly supporting their breasts.

"People rightly spend time and effort to get the right footwear for exercise and it is equally important to wear the correct sports bra.

"Proper support for breasts will reduce the stretch to the Cooper's ligament."

Sunday Blues

SUNDAY AFTERNOONS ARE LIKE THE MOST BORING TIME EVER! well for me it is, Nights are boring too but not as boring as afternoons. Like during the afternoon, i have to look forward to night which is as boring as the afternoon but at night i get to look forward for school the next day and thats fun=) I do like school in a way! The only times when Sundays are not boring are the sundays that i go out like with Ydmers or play bball and etc.
Anyways, yesterday i sleptover at bex's house again i brought my laptop there to put pictures in to my lap top but guess what happen... OKAY, the pictures are all in the pendrive i stick it in the USB and look at it and say "OKAY I FINISH PUTTING IN MY COMPUTER ANYMORE" i didnt realize i did that until in church this morning.. Thats so dumb of me.. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! Yesterday, also went for bowling and yah it was fun, i kinda do like bowling. Its pretty fun! =)

Yup, my house flooded BIG TIME.. the water actually enter to the house and we had to use the cloth and wipe and rinse and wipe and rinse until i got so tired which is 30 mins later and i fake allergy so i didnt have to do anymore WIPE and RINSE.. and i went upstair to watch TV!! hehehe=) When i wake up in the morning, everything was alright!

Forming a band

Yup, i am forming a band for talent show.. Its really hard

4)Lead singer
5)Drummer(well i found a drummer and that would be me)
Most preferable instrument players= GIRLS! Trying to form a girls band and a singer guy hehe ITS COOL but anyways,

Fate

I leave it all to fate, everything that has happened, is happening and is going to happen. I feel that everything happens for a reason a purpose. Its always the reason that people want to know. No one ever stops asking "why?" not even one day. People seem to always question on everything. I feel that every single person that i meet in my life, both important and not so important ones. There is a reason why i met them, the not so important ones may be super important to me next time or the important ones would be even MORE important to me. See, i dont know and that is why we should treasure every single person we meet! I have also learn to move on. what was important to me might not be important to me in the future so i should also learn to give up what was important to me. I must say its hard but you just have to! I am not a good prioretizer. I am born to not choose between two important things. I know clearly in my heart which is more important but i am just not so sure that i can admit the fact that it is. Now, all i can do is go with the flow ALLOW things that wants to happen to happen(its impossible to stop it from happening) and do not try to change your fate. I'M OVER IT

Worst day

Imagine your WORST DAY EVER and times it by like a hundred. Thats how i feel today.
This is definately not a typical day in my life a definate No No... I cannot imagine how today can get so bad from the moment i get up, go to school and come home(the coming home part wasnt that bad) But yea thats not the point, the point is today is not a very good day for me. Well story starts like that, My mum came back yesterday from Brisbane bought me some clothes and i decide to try it the moment i woke up so yea when i tried it, I could not pull it out it was FREAKING tight. The moment i felt the tightness my pissedness bagan.. I mean who in this world would buy me a "M" i mean even if you did not have the brain to think that maybe i was a "L" atleast you have the eyes to see whether i could fit in but NO!!!!!! It doesnt take hours to pick up the phone and ask me what size i am and that she couldnt do.. Anyways, after that in school when i found out there was a JIS tournament i went to ask the person in chaarge of it whether i could join. And he could just tell me straight fowardly NO but NOOOOOOO he had to say "I'll think about it" well, i was happy for the second there and he went and tell one of the girls in the team i couldt join and made her tell it to me. WHAT THE HECK? JUST SAY IT TO MY FACE YOU'RE A TEACHER WHATS THE CHICKENESS!!! That really pissed me off so bad. Not bein able to do the one thing you love to do! AT that moment i really wanted to cry, but being a woman me.. i HOLD those tears and just started to complain and complain and complain!!! People were getting annoyed with me but i didnt care because i NEVER care... BTW i was not able to join the team cos... my childcare class clashes with the training so yea the person in charge didnt allow me!!

Great Exercise

Lately, i have been going to the gym a whole lot and when i dont go to the gym i would be going for a walk or a jog with Grace in the neighbourhood. Its a good exercise that i am exercising everyday. Sweating everyday=HEALTHY!! I run 3KM when i go to the gym(yups after that day i think is better if i run that much everytime i go). My mummy is getting back tomorrow from Brisbane. YESSS!!!! she bought me clothes yay! how fun is that.. THATS THE BEST PART oF HER COMING BACK well, i do miss her too and then again.. CLOTHESS!!! yes~ cant wait.. Last saturday, a group of New Zealanders came and yah i didnt get to introduce myself at all which is bad! But yeah now they're gone so it doesnt really matter. There's a guy like surfer type ahaha me and Bex were talking bout it but then she likes guy who are like boy-next-door so yea its weird.. On the 8th of Apr it was her bday and i went over to her house had a WHOLE LOT of fun and craziness with the game hollywood and Dancing mat its just FUN!! I sleptover too and yah that was really fun too.. 3 people had to squish on the bed and yah we do that lots of time when cait was here.. its fun to squish kinda haha =)

MY FRIENDS ARE BETTER THAN YOURS

What happened yesterday?

Well, i went to the gym happily and came home half dead THATS WHAT HAPPENED

The whole story is..
Wednesday is gym day therefore i go to gym. Anyways, i reached gym at 4 o clock and listening to the trainer's advice he said to do cadio for 40 minutes like any of em just seperate your time so OK i plan to do that even before i went, i plan to do everything slowly but then when i was doing the cardio slowly he came up to me and asked me to join some 3km competition for women blablabla. Before i could think about it, he asked me to follow him and do warm up. Its abit too late to reject him now dont you think!!! Jogging/running all the way, i was ready to commit suicide and just DIE! It was so super tiring and my stamina is like 0. I wanted t ogive up half way but i will feel bad so i just went on. When 3km was about to be over you cannot believe how relieve i was! after that my kepo-ness strikes again i asked them whether they have aerobics well obviously they do ITS A GYM and so 'chun' it was that same day they were starting at 615 to 715 I looked at the clock it was barely 5 but then i did not know why i called my daddy to pick me up at 715. Stupid but a good move. While waiting for the aerobics session, i did weights and stomach and i did boxing too which is good! Self defence and gain muscles. Some old uncle taught me how to Box i have no idea. When the aerobics start that was when i feel like dying again.. the aerobics woman was so crazy making me jump here jump there and NON stop moving. After that, i was totally dead KNOCK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

My new addiction

Thanks to Carrie, the person who introduced me to IT and Tia, the person who borrow me IT. IT has become i new and latest obsession/addiction however you want it to be. I love IT so much and i think i am going to buy IT for my own collection. This IT has taught me that friends can actually be so close and the enemies around you can be so darn cruel. I love having super close friends who you can just talk anything about to with no worries(i kinda have a few of that type of friends;) i hearts you guys to the MAX). IT just feels so great! anyways, ready to know what my obsession/addition is now??

YUP, THE TV SHOW LAGUNA BEACH aka THE REAL ORANGE COUNTY!
a show with so much Drama and so much hating and fighting for guys. This is the real world in California. You have to watch closely it gets confusing if you dont watch closely! <3s it! My fav character is Lo she is like the funniest and just funniest in the whole show.. =)

Living in Brunei is like Living in a fish tank being fed, being pampered and always under constant care.. sometimes you just wonder what is beyond those walls. You just want to break free well i just want to break free and experience the great experiences or bad experience and just explore this world that God have made. If i never see, i'll never know!
I am not the type of person who stay put and be in one place for like ever! I have to go and take a look.. =) and thats what i shall do in the future..

Praying hands

I have been praying really really hard just a day ago but i think i am going to continue till like its over. I just realised all my perfect plans to Australia may be ruined just by receiving a letter from Malaysia saying this:-
"Dear Miss Bong
You have to do National Service"
but in malay though!! i have been praying hard that, that will NOT happen..
WHY?
well, because its not necessary and two ITS NOT NECESSARY AT ALL!! i need a miracle. =)
