new diet tips..

I got this new diet tips from Michelle and Natty... hehe you can use em' but i know i am going to use em:

Food section-
cereal for breakfast, fruits for snacks(try not to eat junkies, chocolates, ice-cream and etc), one teacup of rice is your maximum(eat it for lunch), eat the non- fatty part of the chicken, dont eat other meats, fish is alright and for dinner eat veggies more DONT EAT RICE cos its carbo ITS FAT!! eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink lots of water.. and you're good to GO!! DONT EAT CHEESE(worst sacrifise for me! i adore cheese like anything)

FOR DIET YOU SHOULD SACRIFISE WHAT YOU LIKE TO EAT WELL, I SHOULD SACRIFISE =) I thank GOD that i cant eat chocolate and swwet stuff anyways so i wouldnt be so tempted as before. AMEN.

Exercise section-
Try do forty-five minutes of jogging, cardio whatever minimum, to get nicer bod do sit-ups, push-ups, leg-ups and all the ups you can think of, DONT JOG AND EAT! (well i dont think anyone would.. no one is THAT dumb) and thats kinda it for this section.

The trip

Straight after we reached JB, we took a cab down to Muar(a part of JB), my mama's home time. It was fun but very tiring. Imagine after a 2 car trip to miri and after that a 2 hour flight then continuosly a 2 hours car trip to muar..(SUPER TIRING) My mum and I had a LONG talk on the trip to Muar the last hour! =)

AT about 8.30-ish we reached JB and after that i showered and then went out for dinner.. GREAT MEAL!! i love the food there.. They're good! But i realize that eating in hawker food centre its really hard you have to pay everytime your food comes I KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY but why cant we pay when we're ordering. It'll be less messier! =) I dont like hawker style. Well maybe its because i;m not good at the food come pay money style.. =)

My cousin have got a new baby well the baby is like 3 so not exactly a baby.. but it seems like she give birth to her just to play with her cos she have got other kids as old as me.. I'm a really young aunty you know!! ANyways, i love that baby.. sometimes i get freaked going up alone to brush my teeth so i will always call her to come with me.. hehe =) she'll be like following me.. so adorable but has this really high pitch LOUD voice (see i come from a loud family everyone in my family is LOUD.. I;m catogarize as SOFT in my family.. JUST SO YOU KNOW) but she is oh-so-cute.. I made her to lots of pose while i take pictures hehe..




















The next day, i left Muar at 2 and reached pretty KL at 4-ish close to 5 and we checked in to the hotel, Pearl international.. Totally sucks there;s no shopping downstairs you have to like take a 5 minutes drive then you reach Midvalley. First day didnt do any shopping. Once we reach the hotel we had to get ready to go to my mum's childhood friend's house to go for her son's wedding.. it was super boring.
There was this feng shui lady who was really scary! she asked this lady whether she was married and when the lady said "yes" the feng shui lady said "well, i dont ccongratulate you" then later we found out the lady's husband went into an accident and died two years ago! scary rite!!!!

Anyways, the next day was the real wedding! Chinese wedding are really long.. you have to like do lots of stuff! like you have to give your parents tea then they give you ang pau and then i dunno really LONG. Here's two pictures of the bride and groom

DAMN NICE DAMN CHEAP!! i bought some clothes, DVD and CDS... a ust watch show.. "your, mine and ours" ITS REALLY GOOD!! =)I LOVE THAT SHOW!! anyways, my cousin gave me a DELL PDA thus i have two new toy!! a PDA and a WEBCAM how fun!!!

now mostly i only use it to play the bubble game.. hehehe!!!!!

At last, holiday..
well its not long but its still a break from all school and waking up early early in the morning.. I am so NOT a morning person(depends on what i eat for breakfast=)).
Anyways, I'm flying off tomorrow to beautiful KL =) I will go shopping madness when i reach there.. i have a whole list of stuff that i am going to buy like clothes clothes and clothes and also not forgetting DVDs too... The cheap cheap cheap DVDs YES!!! anyways, my mum just told me i cant buy clothes.. GRR!! i dont care.. I was so tired arguing with her with my braces and all its hurting so much.. She always wanna pack my clothes for me and all... i am so angry!!!! so stress!! =) but then again... ITS FUN!!! hahaha
Today breakfast and lunch i had lasagna (i already sick of it BIG TIME) and dinner i tried eating tofu but TOO HARD so had to eat porridge...
I found a new medicine to make my pain from my teeth stop =)DRINK SUPER ICE WATER!! feels so good =)

Last night a terror

Well, i didnt go to school this morning.. I couldnt sleep i was kinda tearing cos it was so so painful and yeah! Once i get woken up i feel the pain again! GrRrR... braces sucks... hurts hurts hurts!! i feel like crying again!! =(

Dentist day out!

My mum is like a 45 minutes earlier person, so... she dropped me at the the dentist at 7.15 when my appoinment is at 8. It was raining and all so the doc's assistant was like half an hour late so i had to wait till like 8.30. Well, i waited then.. at the end i went in to do my filling. Its somewhere in the front and its a REALLY OBVIOUS filling and i don't like it.

ANyways, she did it for about half an hour then it was time for my other appoinment to fix the metal in by another doctor. Its crazy he glued every single metal thingy on my teeth and that took like what? 1 hour my mouth was so dry and tired!

Then he put the wire thing.. aw-wie!!! and... This is how i look like now!!

Afternoon,
Kat and I followed becky home from school, we walked to the store near her house and we went shopping kat and i bought matching glasses.. hehe it was so silly!! and we bought soap and stuff for the bouncer.. I found out what my fear is, (hold that for a while) you know the new kind of bouncer has sort of a pond-ish thing for you to fall instead of the wall for you to bang against (lets continue) my new fear is falling into that pond.. I mean if there was a wall i wouldnt have that much fear but that pond thingy is just scary ish... Anyways, Denise, peggie, Carrie, Jelphine, Javon they came early, we played silly balloon throwing stuff


























Anyways, carrie and I are crazy we were crazy taking pictures so she was like come lets take a picture of you coming down the bouncer so OK but she missed the shot so I say OK we can do it again so i was coming off the bouncer and my leg bent in an abnormal way and i hear a CRACK you know like when you cracking your finger bone that type of crack and i fell right infront of carrie. I was laughing a bit and i realised i coulnt get up! I counldnt stand so i had to lie for a while before i stood up! and after that i am miss limpyy!! It was the same leg as last time After the fall i had to sit down and i was just busy eating like a piggy everything i see on the table its so crazyy!! BUT i was in lots of pain and Becky suggested PUT ICE

At night,
i ate and ate and ate =) and i made people get food and drink for me.. That was pretty fun!! and Rauufah came with her pretty IPOD! and the party starts there.. Maricel-good dancer haha my new idol!! =) so crazy!! they were doing moves and stuff and for a minute there i was the DJ hehe so fun! cos all i could do was SIT DOWN and NOT MOVE!! and the PHOTO session continues..





The tragic starts, after carrie showered she called me to go into the house so i was like OK after taking like a few pictures people started shouting " beckybeckybecky" i thought they were being weird so i also went "becky becky becky" but on the way out they said her car reversed by itself!! I WAS LIKE "WHAT???" and i didnt bother the pain coming from my leg and tried running as fast as i could.. I was looking downwards and i couldnt see any car... and they pointed to the left side of the house and IT WAS THERE!! the tyre burst and the car fell into the side of the house where there is a wide space.

OK let me explain how her house look like..
There;s a hill and next to the hill on the way up theres a big space with a tiny pond but it was still a wide space.. Yup the car fell into the wide space.. I cant explain how but it was just so freaky.. I mean, Terrence tried being hero and push the car when it was half way on the slope and he kinda hurt himself..

but seriously i wish i was there to see the whole thing.. the car was a classic porche... I dont think they're even selling it in the world anymore.. Its THAT precious!! Each of us could FEEL it you know...

LATE AT NIGHT,
the father came zooming back and we were all so scared and.. ALL of us chloe, kat, cheryl, saby, carrie and peggie we were kinda like having like bonding time!! haha we were all SOOO freakin afraid!! YEAH GREAT BONDING TIME.. just talking our scaredness haha=) and eating!! i wasnt eating tho too bloated hehe!!

AFTER THAT TRAGIC MY LEG STORY DOESNT SEEM SO INTRESTING ANYMORE NOW DOES IT!!
