new diet tips..

I got this new diet tips from Michelle and Natty... hehe you can use em' but i know i am going to use em:

Food section-
cereal for breakfast, fruits for snacks(try not to eat junkies, chocolates, ice-cream and etc), one teacup of rice is your maximum(eat it for lunch), eat the non- fatty part of the chicken, dont eat other meats, fish is alright and for dinner eat veggies more DONT EAT RICE cos its carbo ITS FAT!! eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink lots of water.. and you're good to GO!! DONT EAT CHEESE(worst sacrifise for me! i adore cheese like anything)

FOR DIET YOU SHOULD SACRIFISE WHAT YOU LIKE TO EAT WELL, I SHOULD SACRIFISE =) I thank GOD that i cant eat chocolate and swwet stuff anyways so i wouldnt be so tempted as before. AMEN.

Exercise section-
Try do forty-five minutes of jogging, cardio whatever minimum, to get nicer bod do sit-ups, push-ups, leg-ups and all the ups you can think of, DONT JOG AND EAT! (well i dont think anyone would.. no one is THAT dumb) and thats kinda it for this section.

STRONGLY INSPIRED BY THE NICE CLOTHES I SEE IN SHOPS
and thanks to the existence of the word FAT or NOT-THIN i cant fit in em' =(

thats why inspiration is very important it makes you go towards a goal. It makes you work harder to achieve something. and life is more meaningful with a little challenge
